Set within two distinct Japanese destinations, Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo and Fukui offer a considered base from which to experience the rhythm of everyday life. From the quiet energy of urban streets to moments of pause shaped by nature and tradition, each location invites guests to move seamlessly between comfort and discovery.

For this project, we focused on the broader journey — capturing not only the hotel experience, but the surrounding atmosphere that defines each stay. The result is a visual narrative that connects place, movement, and local culture, presenting the hotels as gateways to the destinations they inhabit rather than destinations in isolation.
